Ann Clark Deckard was born on September 21, 1975, in Livingston, TN and she passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024, at The Waters of Gainesboro at the age of 48.
Ann was the daughter of Donald and Jennifer Atchley Adams.
She was a part of the 1993 graduating class at Celina High School. She also attended TCAT in Livingston, Tennessee where she studied to become a business assistant. She was employed with the Clay County Sanitation Department. She was a member of the Free Hill Church of Christ where she was baptized. Ann’s hobbies included going to yard sales, making anything she wanted, and tending to her flowers. She was also the secretary for Bull Whip Rodeo for her Uncle James. She loved riding horses and going to the rodeo. Although she had many hobbies, her favorite was spending time with her family and her grandkids. They were the joy of her life.
Survivors include her parents Donald and Jennifer Atchley Adams; son: Ethan Deckard; daughters: Margo (Megan) Deckard, Kaitlyn Hix, Audrey Haston, Isabella Bartlett, Dynasty Bartlett, and Phoebe Britt; grandchildren Laikynn, Callie, Brynleigh, Ryker, and Baylor; Sister: Jessica Cato; Aunts: Marsha Burris, Jean Miller, Sandra Maxfield, Dean Strong; Uncles: James Atchley, Richard Burris and Life Companion: Neal Bartlett.
She was preceded in death by Frankie Atchley, Cecil and Anna Floyd Atchley.
Visitation will be on Friday from 11:00 am until time of service at 2:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm on Friday August 23, 2024, in the chapel of Clay County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Knob Creek Cemetery.
