Billie Ralph Harper III

Billie Ralph Harper III was born on December 20, 1985, in Gallatin, TN, and he passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the age of 39. 

Billie was known for helping and taking in anyone who needs help. He also had a special place in his heart for Little Charity Church in Oneida, TN.

Preceded in death by his grandparents: Helen Harper, Roy King and Jeraldine King; stepdad: Phil Newsome; Aunt: Teresa Whittemore and Uncle Merl Whittemore.

Survivors include his son: Jackson Harper of Red Boiling Springs, TN; Mother of his child and friend: Tina Goolsby of Red Boiling Springs, TN; parents: Cindy(Tommy) Bartholomew of Red Boiling Springs, TN; Billie Harper Jr of FL; Sister: Crystal Harper of Red Boiling Springs, TN; Brothers: Josh Ferguson of Red Boiling Springs, TN; Phillip Newsome, Jr of Summerset, KY, Ronnie Newsome of Red Boiling Springs, TN; nieces: Makenzie Morgan of Red Boiling Springs, TN, Caylee Morgan of Red Boiling Springs, TN and grandfather: Billie Harper, Sr. of FL and a host of other friends and relatives also survive.

Visitation will be on Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Clay County Funeral Home with Bro. Willie Darrow officiating. The Family has chosen cremation with burial in the Cold Springs Cemetery in Lafayette, TN at a later date.
